24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a no show fee.
No Show
In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a R50 no show fee.
Late
Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Children
We do not have a children’s pricing policy as children generally require additional attention/ time and resources. K Squared Advanced Natural Hair Studios is a Family Friendly Studio, however, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

K Squared Advanced Natural Hair Studios accepts Visa, Master Card, E wallet and Cash.
Appointments
You may request an appointment by calling the salon OR via our website.
Online booking
Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from NOVA Hair Studio.
Head Lice
It is against Studio Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
Respect
Respect is a two-way process, please refrain from shouting at the stylists as this infringes on the experience of the other clients. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service or client care, please inform the manager on duty on the day.
